General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and na77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the na77 website at na77.club and all associated gaming, betting, and account services offered therein.

Age Restriction and Eligibility
By creating an account on na77, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. na77 enforces this requirement rigorously and reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the account lifecycle to confirm that the age requirement has been met.
Where identity verification is requested, the player must provide the required documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated period may result in the temporary suspension of account access and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
In addition to the age requirement, players must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to maintain an active na77 account:

Account Registration and Security
To access na77's gaming and betting services, you must create a single registered player account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the na77 platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of re-registration — are strictly prohibited. Where na77 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, na77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses claimed across those accounts.
Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your na77 username and password. Source of Funds: na77 may request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such request. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. na77 will not process withdrawals to a payment method other than the one used for the original deposit, unless the original method is no longer available, in which case supporting documentation will be required.
Failed or Reversed Transactions: If a deposit transaction fails, is declined, or is subsequently reversed by the payment provider, any wagers placed using funds associated with that transaction may be voided, and any winnings derived from those wagers may be reversed from your account balance. na77 accepts no liability for losses arising from payment processing failures caused by the player's payment provider or device.

Game Eligibility: Not all games on the na77 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Abuse and Misuse: na77 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players.
Promotional Changes: na77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, na77's decision is final.
User Conduct and Obligations
As a registered player on na77, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of the na77 website, account, cashier, game lobby, and customer support channels.
- You will provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and when contacting support.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the na77 platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant financial authorities where applicable.
Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, location, or identity, or impersonating another player or na77 staff member.
Using the na77 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds.

na77 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account and transaction activity continuously. Players whose activity triggers a fraud alert may have their account temporarily restricted pending an investigation. na77 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
Account Suspension and Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your na77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing your closure request, na77 will confirm your identity and ensure that all pending withdrawal requests have been settled. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
Closure for Responsible Gaming: Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure — including those who feel their gambling activity is becoming problematic — may request an immediate account closure or self-exclusion. Suspension or Termination by na77: na77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Use of prohibited software or automated betting tools.
- Chargeback disputes initiated against na77.
- Reasonable suspicion of underage access or impersonation.
- Account activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Where an account is terminated by na77 for cause, any balance held in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited. na77 will communicate the grounds for termination to the affected player and will provide a mechanism for the player to dispute the decision where na77 determines this to be appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
The na77 platform and all games, services, and content offered on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. na77 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform, the fitness of any particular game or service for any specific purpose, or the accuracy of any odds, statistics, or information displayed on the site.
Gaming Losses: na77 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of gaming or betting activity conducted on the platform, including losses resulting from reliance on any odds, statistics, or editorial content published on na77. All gaming and betting decisions are made at the player's own risk and on the basis of their own judgment.
Technical Failures: na77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: platform downtime or maintenance windows; internet connectivity issues on the player's side; game session interruptions caused by third-party game provider outages; or any device-related failures that result in the loss of an active game session. Where a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on na77's side, na77 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session or credit the affected player's account appropriately.

Amendments to These Terms

Notification of Changes: Where na77 makes a material change to these Terms, registered players will be notified via a prominently displayed notice on the na77 website and, where practicable, by an email to the address associated with their account. Continued Use as Acceptance: Your continued use of the na77 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the na77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and na77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
